Engine and Transmission
Hero Xpulse 200 BS6 powered by an oil-cooled 199.6cc 4-stroke 2-valve single-cylinder overhead camshaft (OHC) engine which hammer out a maximum power of 13.3 kW (17.8 bhp) at 8500 revolutions per minute and maximum torque of 16.45 Nm at 6500 revolutions per minute. The fuel is supplied by advanced programmed fuel injection to this adventure touring motorcycle and it comes with both the self and kick start. A multi-plate wet clutch and 5-speed constant mesh gear train have been added to this run machine.
The engine of Xpulse is protected by an aluminum bash plate and externally and internally 14 sensors have been used to offer world-class performance. The use of up-swept exhaust enables this motorcycle to run easily in dirt or water on the road.
