Suzuki S-Cross 2022 new model unveiled. It's more than a facelift.
The all-new Suzuki S-Cross model was unveiled globally on 25th November 2021. It will be available in 2022. All are waiting for the S-Cross facelift but Suzuki amazed the automobile market by unveiling an all-new S-Cross model. In India, S-Cross is being sold under Nexa's Premium Lounge by the Maruti Suzuki India. S-Cross is already a popular cross-over but were waiting for a facelift model and the new model is more than a facelift version.

The new S-Cross is a bold SUV now instead of a crossover and is powered by a 1.4L Booster Jet Turbo Engine with a 48V SHVS Mild Hybrid System which generates a maximum power of 95 kW at 5500 rpm with a maximum torque of 235 Nm at 2000-3000 rpm. The 48V SHVS mild hybrid system generates a power output of 10.0 kW and a torque of 50 Nm.
The exterior of the new S-Cross is very different and more attractive than the previous version. The bold piano-black front grille is wide and attractive. All LED lighthouses are added to this SUV. The futuristic 3-LED light headlamp looks very impressive and the rear LED taillamp is also unique. Ground clearance has been increased for a premium SUV feel.
The interior of the new 2022 S-Cross is decorated with a 9-inch HD display audio system that supports Android Auto and Apple car play. The interior is more spacious for the 5 people and it has 430L luggage space which can be increased by bending rear seats. This next-generation Suzuki SUV gets a 360-degree camera for a clear outside view.
2022 S-Cross is enabled with All Grip 4*4 technology, Auto Gear Shift (AGS) technology and engine off during crawling in the city with EV driving feature to save the fuel.
Suzuki has added ADAS safety features in this SUV which is currently available in MG Astor only in this segment. ADAS includes autonomous emergency braking, traffic sign recognition, lane departure prevention, and adaptive cruise control with stop & go.
New 2022 S-Cross will be available in Europe by the end of 2021 and it will come to Asia, Latin America and Oceania. It is being manufactured at Suzuki’s Hungarian subsidiary Magyar Suzuki Corporation.
