Rugged G1 and G1 Plus Motor and Top Speed
Rugged G1 and G1 Plus electric bikes are powered by a BLDC hub motor of 1.5 kW nominal power and 3.0 kW of peak power. Its motor is water resistance with an IP67 rating and the motor controller is water resistance with an IP66 rating. This motor is developed fully in India and it is repairable. Both rugged electric bikes achieve a top speed of 75 kmph.
Rugged G1 and G1 Plus Battery and Range
Rugged G1 and G1 Plus are powered by an indigenously developed 1.9 kWh water-resistant swappable battery. The rugged electric bike has used a combination of two batteries of the same capacity in the G1 Plus electric bike. A swappable battery is easy to charge and handle though this battery takes only 4 hours from 0-100% charging.
Rugged G1 comes with a true range of 80 kilometers per charge in the eco mode while the Rugged G1 Plus comes with 160 kilometers true range per charge in eco mode and the 135 kilometers true range per charge in the power mode.
Rugged G1 and G1 Plus Brakes and Tyres
For hassle-free efficient braking rugged electric bikes are enabled with a double-disc brake and combi brake system. An alloy wheel of 14-inch in size and 120mm wide tubeless tyre has been used in the front and rear sides of this electric bike.
Rugged G1 and G1 Plus Suspension and Dimensions
On the front wheel, a leading link w/anti dive suspension and a 4-point adjustable shock absorber have been given on the rear wheel of the Rugged G1 and G1 Plus electric bike. The ground clearance of this electric bike is 175 mm which is sufficient to roam on any urban or rural road. The 1350 mm wheelbase shows that this electric bike is comfortable also.
